    Golden Future

    I sailed in on your turbulant shore
    Wondered ,would I sail no more
    Jagged and rocky ,your cliffs would be
    Climbed the bay to the mountains
    Your flora and fauna so see
    Breathless wonderment, at your beauty
    Spread out before me
    My soul felt like it was flying free

    Mountain high with endless peaks
    Coves .....Caves ...and a Culture of which many speak
    Do you know your heritage ? I was asked more than once
    And of course in reply 
    I gave this response
    We date back to 650 AD
    Pirates .....and Puritans
    Came before me
    Older than Napoleans time
    Saba has aged like a fabulous wine
    So look to your future ....with an eye on the past
    Because you come from a Heritage .......that is truly vast
