    Human

    As time goes by
And I don't see your face
You stay away....in that very far place
    I begin to think
    He'll forget me now
    I can't reach out
    Can't stroke his brow
    My life was complicated
    Now it is not
    I reach for him
    But it seems he's forgot
    Maybe our moments
    I thought were so tall
    To him were nothing
    But tiny and small
My head hurts at times ....to know the truth
    He said he loves
Does he know what that means?
Treats me like ... I am a machine
    But wait...... It's me
A living ....loving.... and sometimes confused

The phrases used to composed this brilliant piece are simply thought-provoking. You manage to reel in the reader and maintain a level of interest throughout the entire poem. You are quite artistic. Great job!

Thank you for your comment. I remember how I woke up in the middle of the night with these words running through my head, the things I feel with the heart,I express with the hands.

I'm sorry that the man you write about did not feel the same as you, love is so meant for two. But you are wise and beautiful person, and when the time is right the magic of love will come. smiles Vincent enjoyed the poem

Love that is not returned is but wasted love. when the fire of love only show a faint glimmer of its old self and the embers are cooling one must find a way to fan the fire or find a new heat source. Well written my dear!!!
