Would it matter,if we were to talk about the games people play
    Would you like me less?
    Like me more?
If you knew the real me
    Maybe not
    She is too soft
    Too vulnerable
    Too accepting
I .....remember well...the games people play
    Emotions are like rollercoasters
In the end you have to get off the rides
    Lesson's learned,people to be forgiven
The damned feels betrayed my their own entrapments
So if I say......I love you
Take it an hold it,as I love few
To love ,is to open oneself ,with all the innocence of a child
To give others... freedom ..to come into ones life
And whether it is to bring pleasure or pain
One must always keep the inner-core of ones being
To be able to survive.......whatever is to come

people do play games. Sometimes freedom is given as you say, but I think for the most part people just do it to be mean and hurtful.

Outstanding! We all put on 'please, like me!' masks... sometimes fearing the real us is not to be liked; and we might be wrong, some of the time. I think that if we drop the game-face, we'll find someone that truly loves us and we can show them who we really are from the start.

another fine poem my dear. We have to have love in our life, to make life worth living. We all play the game, after all, life itself is a game and how we play determines if we're winners or losers come judgement day. Well spoken dear!

To have great poets there must be great audiences too.
