    Slapped hard
    in the face
    by a serious dose
    of humility

    Funny
    but I never thought
    I loved myself enough
    to feel self-inflicted pain

    I have not traveled this road. I do know a couple of cutters thought and they would love this piece. I dont understand the need to do that. With that aside I like it 8.5

    oh goodness! It never occurred to me that someone would read cutting into this poem. The self-inflicted pain that I was referring to was the fact that I allowed myself to be deceived and so I blamed myself because the sign were so clear and I ingnored it. Thanks for the rating!
