On My Way

Poem Commentary

I feel the Lord, or our higher power; is trying to reach out to each and every one of Us!  And if we listen In the quir whisper of the winds or the stil of the night we can hear Him.

On My Way

On My Way
Gently this morning,
an angel tapped upon my shoulder.

Without a sound
the word was revealed to my mind.
Blessed be the Son of the Father.

For if you walk in his Light,
your brightness will spark the Rebirth.

His journey has begun,
signified by a star's Second Light.

The Shephard's voice is calling
to the flock.
All will not come.
For they can not hear Him.

Blessed and honored am I,
to be among the first,
obedient lambs to kneel before Him!

For My Lord,
Glorious and Merciful is He.

very beautiful expression of faith. I too have heard His call and run fast to be near Him. This is a 10 in my book.

A poem begins as a lump in the throat, a sense of wrong, a homesickness, a lovesickness. It finds the thought and the thought finds the words.

Robert Frost (1875-1963) American Poet.
