    Sitting by the Window

    Sitting by the window

    Just wondering what to do

    To writing a poem

About my heart that is near

    To finding the truth

    That may lie near

    To the weather outside

    Dropping by a fear

To be there with nothing to dread

About things that fall in my head

But to feel everything spinning near to wed

    To wonder about life

    And nothing may come

But to think about a poem

                   Sitting by the window
