The cat stalks
He is always there
Watching and snickering
Taunting my way
Always behind the scenes
Waiting for me to break
Giving up all hope
To call his name
Origins unknown
His methods cruel
Brutal yet sly
My anger
Took form
A being shrouded in mystery
But his intentions
All too fearsome
Depleting me
Of all my strength of will
To supress such a beast
One who lives to fight
To destroy
As long as I exist
The demon looms
Like a quiet storm
Above
Like an ominous cloud
