    When love comes knocking

    Like it did before

    Will I be afraid to answer

    Or just open up the door

    Will I give all of my love

    Like I did in the past

    Will this be the love I sought

    That will forever last

    Will I build my world around

    The new love that I found

    Or will my heart once again

    Be scattered on the ground

    Will I think of only her

    Every second of the day

    Will I bring her flowers

    And have words of love to say

    Will I do everything

    To keep our love so true

    Will your hand always be there

    When I’m reaching out to you
