    Calm waters

    Still love

    Left with only

    The memory of

    A husband and wife

    Starting their life as one

    Where will life lead them

    When alls said and done

    Years of love and strife

    Arguments and bliss

    They are now divorced

    Why did it come to this

    Did they loose track

    Did they just not talk

    Do they not remember

    The aisle that they walked

    Words they said then

    Are all forgotten now

    Did they drift away

    From the love they had vowed

    When you say, “I love you”

    Are they but spoken words

    When you hear, “I love you”

    Is it with your heart that they are heard
