    No wind for the sails

    Nor under the wings

    No music for the song

    My heart used to sing

    No sun for the flowers

    The rain is here to stay

    It’s so dark without you

    You are the light of day

    I don’t hear the laughter

    Or see the love in your eye’s

    No dreams of tomorrows

    Just nightmares of goodbyes

    No touching your hand

    Or tasting your lips

    Tell me what happened

    How did it come to this

    Just heartache today

    No love for tomorrow

    I stare into silence

    And live with sorrow
