At Last
Long and hard I've waited
For thee with me to be
Through lonely years and fated
To love the joy of we
To hug your aura into mine
In heartfelt harmony
To live the perfect chemistry
Of love's pure poetry
The special electricity
We generate at will
Is still a hidden mystery
To those who need its fill
For this is why God blessed us
With pure romantic bliss
That His love could arrest us
And show that we are His
For when our eyes connect us
In perfect time and space
No power can direct us
Except God's loving grace
So let us both let go to
This faith-filled mystery
That none can dare say no to
Love's synchronicity
