Proof Positive
If they should tell you
Hard and strong
That you are absolutely wrong
Remember
Jesus went through that
When He told sinners where it’s at
If they should hate your faith-filled song
And cause your soul to suffer long
Our Lord knows what you’re going through
He’s always there inside of you
If you belonged to other names
To play their anti-Christian games
The world would love you as its own
And you would not be so alone
But since you’ve chosen Christ instead
To be the Father’s Spirit-led
Rejoice in suffering righteously
And be in Love eternally
