    For I’ve been given eyes that see

     

    Free yourself to join with me

    And dwell in our sweet company

     

    Let our fingers intertwine

    That they may soothe a quiet mind

     

    Find a chunk of quiet time

    And trust in me

     

    I am here to bless your lips

    To hold you fast

    And come to grips with love’s impasse

     

    Just be yourself

    You can with me

    For I am here to be your peer

    To fill your arms and mind with dreams

    To kiss your face until it beams

    To comfort, love and cherish you

    Unto life’s end

     

    To be your friend
