The words given us by God

Are more than just words

They are the before and aftermath

Of His power

Love

And wisdom

They are

In essence

The stuff out of which the soul is formed

And perfected

Each builder must deliver him or herself

Into the hands of the Master Architect

And wait to be planted on solid rock

Before the cornerstone of faith

Can be set unto our prophetic future

Precept upon precept

Enlightenment upon enlightenment

Irrevocably seals each Word

To the fabric of our personal mission

And relationship with God

Unto the consummating of our eternal

New Jerusalem citizenship 

And in the meantime

He allows us to be tested

Like gold in the white hot kiln of humility

Until we are karat laden ingots of purity

Ready for graduation

And the Master’s touch
