Holy
Discipline
Discipline, I say
Humility and patience too
Spend time listening
Be quiet
And accept the Lord's message
Shut thy mouth
And open thine heart
Then ask the Father for a word of knowledge
And wisdom
Unplug the phone
Heed the Lord's call
And pray it isn't long distance
Empty your busy little mind
And listen carefully to God's enlightenment
Write it down
Put it in a special place
Memorize and meditate on it
When moved to
Then wait for it to happen in your life
And bless the day it does
For God's gifts are precious
Do this
And you will be well on your way
To being holy
