    Just thought i'd share a bit of a special friendship....Hope you like

    Buzz 4499
    Thought of you today my friend
    wondered if our frienship had come to it's end
    the strings you plucked in this heart of mine
    wanted you for a Valentine
     
    I thought of your smile
    a shit eating grin
    I'd walk quite a few miles
    to see it again
     
    Happiness is what i hope for you
    and for all of your dreams to come true
    just wanted you to know
    for all eternity
    your memory will be dear to me.
     
    And if one day you need a friend
    please think of me
    i'm there till the end
    just call and you will see
     
    But if all is well
    and a busy life keeps you
    just as well
    an email will have to do
     
    Just know in my heart your not like any other
    your friendship is never a bother
    i think of you often
    I  wanted you to see
    you are a very special person to me.

    so many friends, so far away, indeed ... we are a culture of movers ... and staying in touch is a creative art, to which you have contributed this beautiful piece ... receiving this from an old friend would be the best Valentine ever ... -dh

    Volunteered with him during Katrina and Rita down in Mississippi. Was a great old Vietnam Vet and turned into a great friend. Can't get him up to speed enough to come and read OP yet though. Still working on him...Write on....
