    It’s Over

    Dedicated to all those who are have a hard time

    putting a relationship behind them.

    "I’ll love you for ever"

    Is what I said to you

    Your reply, "let’s be friends"

    Now I’m setting here so blue

     

    You have broken my poor heart

    So many times before

    And I have cried so many times

    That I’ve stopped keeping score

     

    Your words are just like hammers

    Pummeling my poor heart

    I cry inside so much now

    ‘Cause we are now apart

     

    It’s over now and I dream my time

    Seeing us in love together

    Hand in hand and heart to heart

    And love for love forever
