Just one of life's lessons

Will We Ever Learn

                   Will We Ever Learn

By Chuck McGlawn Chuckest@aol.com (For Him)

You learn that sharing a life today

Just means having the same address

You'll never know where lovers play

Or for whom she will undress

You'll learn there is a difference

Between what she'll say and do

And always keep you in suspense

But insist she's true to you

You'll learn that kisses do not bind

And presents don't mean a thing

It's true love you want to find

But she's off on another fling

You yearn to trust a lovers word

But learn you've been fooled again

“I love you” is what you heard

But you catch her in bed with your friend
