New Start

April 17,2004

My life is about to be changed
Right now everything is deranged

I’m leaving my old life behind
A new beginning is what I’ll find

Arizona is where I’ll derive
I hope that I will survive

Leaving everything that I know
Mohave College is where I’ll go

Start school full time now
Bills paid, no job, Wow!

My mom I know I’ll miss a lot
Hopefully, all that is needed has been taught

I’ll miss her every day that we’re apart
And always have her in my heart

Every summer we’ll pack and load
Hitch the trailer and hit the road

Where all I’ll get to go
I don’t even know

So this is farewell to what I knew
I just want a start that is fresh and new
