Wicked Watch
Their primitive thoughtsof unbridled revenge
crawl silently in the shadows
lerking behind me, following me
the traces strapped around me tighten
as I pull the heavy load of memories
My genial smiles of comfort are futal
and held against me by my enemies
as they assail me violently with their tounges
their words rip into my thoughgts
They dominate me and rend my flesh
robing me of amenities
robing me of peace
totally disconsolate
as my ration of hope is destroyed
the courier of revenge seeks me
watching and waiting for me always
Their wild hunger
for the taste of my blood
has not yet been domesticated
as a paroxysm of love surges through me
I know where this love came from
they can not rob me of this peace
because I am in the strong arms of god
so they run in fear
as love conquers all
and Jesus takes vengence of the combatants
who fight against me
the wicked watch as they try to hide in the shadows
afraid of God's vengence
but blind to see that Christ forgives
