The Tiger
Every step that he takes
is in silent repose
as he walks through his forest
where everyone knows
his presence alerts those
with lesser skill
to take to the trees
in fear of the kill
His keen sense of sight
through those beautiful eyes
guides each step
toward his bountiful prize
With silent approach
he knows no fear
but watches and waits
for his prey to appear
Survival of the fittest
another time, another place
this beautiful beast will
close the chase
