WHAT A TRIP
ANOTHER DAY, A MILLION THOUGHTS, I REMEMBER JUST A FEW,
ANOTHER BREATH, ANOTHER CHOICE, ANOTHER POINT OF VIEW.
SO MANY QUESTIONS, FOREVER PONDERED, THE ANSWERS NEVER FOUND,
CONTEMPLATE IT, FRUSTRATED, A MENTAL MERRY-GO-ROUND.
DO I KNOW ME, I ASK MYSELF, I LOOK DEEP INTO MY MIND,
THE SEARCH GOES ON, PERPETUAL QUEST, SO MANY THINGS TO FIND.
GOOD AND EVIL, DO I KNOW THE TRUTH, I DECIDE AND LEARN,
BELIVE IT OR NOT, I MUST CHOOSE, WILL I FLY OR BURN.
FRIENDS AND ENIMIES, GAMBLE ON TRUST, I TRY TO DO WHAT'S RIGHT,
WRONG OR RIGHT, I GUESS AGAIN, I TRY TO SEE THE LIGHT.
SEEING IS BELIEVING, WELL I DIAGREE, WHAT ABOUT ILLUSION,
I CLOSE MY EYES, I TRY TO BELIEVE IN ME, THERE'S STILL SO MUCH CONFUSION.
WILL IT EVER END, WHERE WILL I BE THEN, DO I REALLY NEED A GOAL,
IT ALWAYS LASTS A LIFE TIME, DAY BY DAY, AND EACH ONE TAKES ITS TOLL.
TIME LASTS FOREVER, I TAKE ALL I NEED, AND WISLY TRY TO SPEND,
REMEMBER WHAT I LEARN, HEAL WHEN I BLLEED, IT'S FACT MY TIME WILL END.
AND WHEN IT DOES, I'LL KNOW WHAT I KNOW, LOVE, HATE, SIMPICITY AND HARDSHIP,
LIFE TO THE FULLEST, MAYBE NOT BUT LET ME TELL YOU, WHAT A TRIP.
