    'TIL I CAN SEARCH NO MORE

    I WILL SEARCH 'TIL I CAN SEARCH NO MORE,
    NOT REALLY SURE EXACTLY, WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR.

    BUT I KNOW I DONT HAVE IT, 'CAUSE THERE'S A GREAT BIG HOLE,
    THERE'S A BIG PEICE MISSING IN MY HEART, AND IN MY SOUL.

    I DON'T KNOW IF I'LL EVER FILL IT, GUESS I'M NOT SURE IF CAN,
    I REACH OUT, I CRY OUT, I DON'T THINK THEY UNDERSTAND.

    MAYBE THE DEVIL, IS JUST IN ME FAR TOO DEEP,
    MAYBE HE FILLS ME WITH MORE EVIL, EVERY TIME I SLEEP.

    I JUST WAKE AND BEG GODS HELP, IT JUST DOESN'T SEEM TO ARRIVE,
    YET MY SEARCH CONTINUES ON, UNTIL I NO LONGER CAN SURVIVE.

    Take a three and a sideways V, placing them face to face. A heart is there and if you dare imagine it, you'll be in Peace. Complete the sight, and again to the right a V and 8 keeps healthy Light. I don't know your total translation, nor do I know what you call. But the devil I rode and Iived I did as I found it the best joke of all. 8

    Seems like the search is never ending for most of us. Maybe we aren't really meant to know? Maybe, the answer lies in the afterlife, and maybe we are here to learn and grow into something better tomorrow than what we are today? I guess only God knows ... I felt a true connection with this one and enjoyed it tremendously. Don't give up the search!

    I love this piece. It is full of passionate phrases and great devotion. I love the way that you beg for mercy, for understanding. It is truy a heartfelt poem! Great read for me!

    Very heartfelt work. I wrote a similar poem a couple of years ago called The Long Wait which I have yet to post. I will do so in the near future and let you know when it's available. I liked yours a lot.
