    ENLIGHTENMENT

     

    Feelings of darkness have began to decay

    As plants and fossils slowly drift away

     

    The darkness felt within is now becoming bright

    The changing of darkness into the color of light

     

    I thank the crack for the light it gave

    For pulling self-pity out of his grave

    This is wonderful....as I said on lady's piece I don't usually rhyme but I admire those who do it well and your rhythm is wonderful and your rhymes arent forced at all.....the beauty of this piece is in it's message....it is just brilliant in my opinion... mel (blanket)

    very nice. loved the rhyming and the flow. enlightenment was a great title. the feelings you described are almost enlightening in a way. being pulled from the dark a feeling of clarity washes over you.
