    Just Whisper

     Don't say a word just close your eyes
    Don't ever ask me why
    Just listen to the sound you hear
    And whisper just goodbye

    Don't try to make me understand
    You know I never will
    Don't try to quibble, take my hand
    Just let the time be still

    I know some things are not so good
    And I never cry
    Not even though I guess I should
    I'm relieved with this goodbye

    So go along and live it great
    Forget my quiet name
    Go out and live this life we have
    Don't try to live in vain.
