Tunnel of Time

Tunnel of Time

Darkest of streets
Arrayed only with pale yellow lights
Amid the cobblestone

A scarlet sky
A lace silouette of black clouds

A dreamy door opens slowly
In the distance
The gentle fog
Creeps silently through its threshold

A lonely soul
Stands silently on concrete
The ultimate goal
Of existance

An erotic pleasure
An excentric fantasy
Such boundless rules
Distorted deceptions of the evil

A silent plague
Through the souls of man
sucking out the life
devouring the senses
bazar yet so absurd

the wind
blows paper down the empty street
pathways dark and cold
the violent wind erupts suddenly
Striking...
A child continues
A forgotten journey
Through the treacherous tunnel of time.
