A Rose Before The Dawn
Twas a Rose before the dawn
A thing of beauty, I briefly knew
Upon her florescent foliage
The essence of morning dew
Her elegance embraced me
In the spot where she dwells
I was delighted in her glory
Until all her petals fell
An end to a short romance
Nothing left but a prickly stem
I collected her once bestowal
And in a shallow grave; buried them
