    A Rocky Road

    Being overweight is a physical state 
    and the body is in poor condition
    Bingeing and purging then fasting or splurging
    on diets without nutrition
    Its going to be a great sacrifice
    giving up on all the good food
    Things wont be pretty so please be ready
    to experience a changing mood

    Thank you...I struggle daily with it is where I got motivated to put in literary form.....lol

    If I feel physically as if the top of my head were taken off, I know that is poetry.
