    Hold Me High
    When turmoil surrounds me
    And I'm consumed by sadness
    There's a picture in my head
    That lifts all the madness

    I see you in my mind
    And you bring some peace to me
    The beauty of your being
    Sets my poor heart free

    That look in your gorgeous eyes
    When you're looking at mine
    How happy it makes me
    I truly cannot define

    The curve of your lips
    When you grace me with a smile
    Conquers all of my darkness
    At least for a long while

    The slight blush on your cheeks
    Flushed up in gentle pink
    Carries me away from the world
    And I can't even think

    In my times of trouble
    You're all I want to see
    When I merely imagine you
    Your face alone lifts me
