    This is the Glory my God has with me

    I Refuse

    I refuse..........
    To lay down................
    I refuse to die.....................
    I may live a life of having nothing.......
    Living on the streets of my home town.........

    I wont cry.......
    I laugh......
    I keep trying......
    Altho I have nothing but clouthing left.....

    I refuse to destroy....
    I'll create......
    No matter what it is.......
    A better life for me......
    Since Jesus let satan take His....
    For my hateful way of living before......

    I live for each- of - you now.....
    But mostly for Jesus Himself.......
    If I went away.....
    Would I be missed......
    I would miss you!

    So I press on......
    Letting Him lead me......
    I do fall short.....
    But I am free.......

    I just refuse to hurt any one of you.......
    With my words or actions......
    I may be reduced to nothing........
    But I have everything I need.......

    So as you walk your walk......
    Just remember I love you.........
    I refuse to hate.......
    I pray you get out of life.......
    What I have to carry me through.....
    Jesus....
    Carry me cause I need.....
    YOU........

    Wow red, this poem is breath taking, so emotional, raw, pure, so honest and naked, so powerfful, bravo! My heart goes out to you and I will most certainly add you to my prayers if this situation is your reality, very sad. Yet the truth of the light is all you need is the grace and love of GOD and if you hold this, than you are truely rich and wealthy where it matters most! This world can be cruel, hard, cold, painful, but with the love and light of the Lord's grace all is possiable. I will keep you in my prayers always my friend and hope the light of the Lord's love never stears you lost. So nice to see you back and posting again, I have so many more to read, one at a time. Purity of the soul, journey well!!! ANGEL

    yes Angel sad and true I have been living on and off the streets of my home town now for three yrs...... I know God provides all I need when I need it the most........ I know I am truly blessed @ all times tho..... I see Him work so hard for me all the time..... Thank you for your payers my friend................ red

    This is a very emotional poem....you dug deep to get to this core of devastating feelings of being left out all alone......yet you refuse to give up the faith that carries you through.......got to respect that.....bravo.
