You Have Been So Swallowed
You have been so swallowed . . .Til' the mind melts and your trauma inherent, the emergency, the alarm, the shake to arms and the rifle to go with it . . .
You wished for it, grab it and never let go . . .
Til' you've washed every dishonor, till every misnomer ringeth not . . . they never knew you. Lead the life you've given not astray, the wilderness walking proven you unafraid.
And you have been so swallowed. . .
Into cycling paranoia and syndicates, the enigma, the wandering and the fear and the fear of your unafraid . . . for every thing, every regret unacknowledged, let the hemorrhaging begin . . .
Til the heart aches the pasing of salt waves away and you slide back in your seat, drinking it in . . . respite and retreat of closed eye we speak, retinal scans rewind the nightmares to daydreams instead . . .
