Good Times
We could have a good time
Make drink, dance like wine
Shimmer in golden dresses
A free smile never suppresses
Gay and riley, quick to please
Liquid dispenser spreads like disease
Room spinning under bright lights
Thoughtless anger brings fights
Caught up in the heat of the fire
Drawn in by nothing but desire
Holding hands we fall to the floor
From the ground we reach for the door
Laughing with no muscles able
Can’t grasp the gravity, unstable
We’re wearing funny colors
Having a good time like all the others
Sick making faces saying words
So tired with spots coming it hurts
Bury my head in the carpet so soft
Feels like floating high aloft
Around us we see figures all fuzzy
Who we are we don’t know it’s hazy
Good times we’re having in glasses
Destroying humanity in masses
Make drink, dance like wine
Shimmer in golden dresses
A free smile never suppresses
Gay and riley, quick to please
Liquid dispenser spreads like disease
Room spinning under bright lights
Thoughtless anger brings fights
Caught up in the heat of the fire
Drawn in by nothing but desire
Holding hands we fall to the floor
From the ground we reach for the door
Laughing with no muscles able
Can’t grasp the gravity, unstable
We’re wearing funny colors
Having a good time like all the others
Sick making faces saying words
So tired with spots coming it hurts
Bury my head in the carpet so soft
Feels like floating high aloft
Around us we see figures all fuzzy
Who we are we don’t know it’s hazy
Good times we’re having in glasses
Destroying humanity in masses
