    done with games , ready for you ...

    I'm ready for you
    I believe I’m finally ready for you .
    My eyes are twitching sending all kinds 
    Of subtle signs . 
    I’m trying to convince you of what my 
    Heart already knows.
    I now see the chemistry, 
    That brings forth & captures my 
    Smile .
    I have watched as your eyes brighten
    From the mere scent of me.
    I see how you contain your excitement
    Each time I’m around you.
    I believe that I am ready for you
    I am a woman now 
    Able to hold my weight 
    I show you so simply everyday
    That I love myself , 
    So how could I not love you .
    I’ve shown love for your child
    So how can I not love you.
    I cleared my calendar, given
    You my undivided attention.
    Ssshhh , if you listen , you 
    Might feel me .
    My love is strong , and it’s 
    Not taunting you from the end 
    Of a conditional string.
    Heeeeyyyyy ! Yes , you … I’m talking to you 
    This is my spirit talking to you 
    Screaming , WAKE UP !!!
    The coffee isn’t enough…
    Smell the allure of the long term 
    Relationship I yearn for .
    Remember the time before I hurt you 
    Before I wounded your beautiful heart ,
    Cause I remember having to look in your 
    Eyes knowing I am the one that hurt you.
    Do you feel the gravitational pull my heart 
    Has on yours ? 
    Love so unique , it’ll never be copied 
    All I know is that I must take these scattered pieces of 
    Myself , and make some sense of them.
    I don’t know how , since you haven’t 
    Fully committed to be apart of my pieces.
    My heart tells me that I’m ready for you 
    Yet , my mind asks with persistence 
    What is the PRICE ?
    Precisely what I need to know 
    When your away from me .
    The insecurities in me , 
    Can’t help but to thirst for the reasons
    Why your in love with me ?
    My own fear used to keep me from 
    Telling you how much I love you .
    I’m ready to love you 
    Cause with each passing day 
    And wasted opportunity 
    My heart is cut bleeding.
    Something dies inside me each 
    Time I move closer to your love
    I guess it’s to make room for you too.
    I believe I’m finally ready for you .
