Trying to repair past damage
Contrary to belief
the transgress bridges damage
was near impossible to repair
full of long standing snares
and hate from generations preceded
hanging heavy was the cursed moss
This bridge was well traveled
and well known for it's jeering course
many have tried in defeat
some nearly fell through
were caught in traps hanging helplessly
trying to replace the slaughtered structure
Waiting for the next hero to approach
skeletons of failed journeys
showcase signs of doubt
