Thank YOU
You've helped to bring my life back,I almost feel like myself again .
it's been so long , I'd forgotten what
normal for me felt like. Life isn't perfect
nor do I expect it to be . at least that merry
go round of horrors, has slowed it's
frightful blows. I search for ways to thank
you , I draw a blank, wait ~ what better way
to say thank you , than to maintain life's
new changes. Nearing a place of introduction
to my true worth, confirms that thin line between
when love turns to hate. brings clearer the strength of
emotions, what lengths some will go , to have the love
they want. allowing me to know , that with growth,
can come repair. As I look at peoples eyes , I stare a little longer,
I smile , I listen closely to their story. Respecting the journey is
what I hope to teach and share. Somethings are a mystery , until
were able to handle them. Time spent in the caverns of memories, in the emotions we swam, and the nearly made it through moments. Those times when you were the one I could honestly talk to , bringing me back from feeling alienated, disfranchised, and weird. I could be myself around you,
without trying to explain , my corky, quirky, ups & downs.
