TeTaNuS
Shaking hands hold a rusty needleWith a thread thinner than air
As I sew myself together again
After decades of dispair.
But the stitches I make will come undone
Just like they always do
And a rusty needle will mend the flesh
Of another ugly wound...
I know how
Im poisoned now
The needle's rust fullfilled its vow
For every stitch
That I will sew
A life long minute I will owe...
Shaking hands hold a rusty needle
With a thread thinner than air
As I sew myself together again
After decades of dispair.
But the stitches I make will come undone
Just like they always do
And a rusty needle will mend the flesh
Of another ugly wound...
I know how
Im poisoned now
The needle's rust fullfilled its vow
For every stitch
That I will sew
A life long minute I will owe...
