Time passed by with one eyes blink
Spun so fast I started to think
I see now through untainted eyes
Im free from anger and free from why's

Shelved my problems, pushed them down
Took five years, they're back around
Wasted time in fixing you
Through the cracks - my life fell through

Granted one new lease on life
Heart of leather, scarred by knives
It still remembers how to feel

Strong inside, by no way meek
Re-aligning every day
