    Drown The Hero

    This is a P.S.A,

    A polite suggestion:

    The road to hell is paved

    With good intentions

    Ya thought you felt no pain...

    Yeah, well here's a lesson

    One that wont go away

    One that is lasting!

     

    Its great to see how you have finally fallen

    They took your grace and sent you crashing down

    Scent of blood, the vultures hear the calling

    You know the implications are profound, profound!

     

    Yeah, they can see you falling - your enemies surround 

    And you know they're coming  - to kick you when your down

    Can you hear them calling - "Drown the hero now!"

     

    Never thought you'd live to see this moment

    Bloodied, broken, helpless, left face down

    Seems like you have picked the wrong opponent

    And no one's here to save you from the crowd, the crowd!

     

    Yeah, they can see you falling - Your enemies surround 

    And you know they're coming  - To kick you when your down

    Can you hear them calling - "Drown the hero now!"

     

    Always there for everyone

    Always there for those in need

    And now its you who needs someone

    They’re all around to watch you bleed, now bleed!

    So wheres your hero now?

    This just begs to be read aloud in a dark, smokey place where all that can be seen is you....well done!
