    Riddance
    And suddenly I awoke into this place
    Wounded, all alone, lost and disgraced
    Answers, I had none, and so I prayed
    Said "Lord, give me the gun, or end this pain"

    And its plain to see, yet easy to hide
    Hold my heart still and pull out the knives
    That you - put in me

    Its over, it never begun
    Its over, we'll never be one

    Had to reach on down below to find my peace
    And drink a bottle down to kill the beast
    Five years have gone and passed, and what have I?
    I've got nothing to show, as hard as I've tried...

    And its plain to see, yet easy to hide
    Hold my heart still and pull out the knives
    That you - put in me...
    And its plain to see, not easy to hide
    I fell into love, and so became blind
    Too - blind to see...

    Its over, it never begun
    Its over, we'll never be one
    Its over, well never have won
    Its over, not all's said, but done

    Its over, how?
    Its over, now.

    Poetry is either something that lives like fire inside you or else it is nothing, an empty formalized bore around which pedants can endlessly drone their notes and explanations.
