     You told me that you're attracted to me

    That I'm a temptation

    But I gotta start livin' for me

    Ain't got time to be worried about you

    Ain't got time to be worried about what this person and that person think

    Ain't got time to be prejudice

     

    Thought I had it all together

    Yet things of yesteryear still bother

    I wish what happened in the past would just stay buried

    Can't let it affect me

     

    Write what I want

    Write what I feel

    Writing keeps me at peace

    Write how He wants me to write

     

    People see me and I got glory

    Don't hate

    Don't envy

    Just gotta be me

    Write from my heart

    Be who I am

    Not what others want me to be

     

    Gotta big heart

    Know that, love that

    It's not who you know, it's what you know

     

    So, I'm still worried about what people think

    So, I'm still worried that if I let somethin' slip they gon' think I'm crazy

     

    Well, guess what?!

    I am crazy

    'Cuz we all go a lil mad sometimes

    Ain't nothin' new

    Ain't got time to feel spoiled or insecure

    Ain't got time for hurt feelings

    Or broken heart letdowns

     

    I can't let none of that stop me from

    doin' what I'm supposed to be doin'

     

    Never felt like anyone truly loved me

    Misunderstood and rejected

    Always tryin' to outdo and outshine

    Gotta nip that pride in the bud

    'Cuz that pride will get ya' every time

    And karma is a mothaf*cka

    Daddy didn't know the gift he gave me

    Didn't realize that my words and my actions could be killer

    But Mommy and Daddy didn't raise no fool neither

     

    Ain't got time for drama

    Ain't got time for peace of mind

    Ain't got time to just sit around and let it fester

     

    Gotta let this shit go

    Gotta find time to just sit back and chill

    Gotta find time to stop analyzing every situation

    And just let it be

     

    Let it be...

    Let it be...

     

    No worries

    Keep hangin' on

    In due time

     

    Let it breathe...

     

    Be what it may

     

    My dreams are not being put on hold

    My dreams are to succeed

    With or without him

     

    I can't let jealousy and pride

    Throw me a curve

    Try and stop me you just try

    Because 'no matter how hard it gets

    I can't stop believing

    I've got to trust and reach out

    'cuz I haven't been there yet'
