    This poem is for my best friend, my twin soul, Diana Camille L. Layag!

    Ode to My Best Friend
    As I awake this morning
    I've realized why God put us apart
    ...it's not only to test our friendship
    and know how far it'll go,
    but it's for us to realize
    how much we've grown
    and how much our friendship could endure;
    how much we're willing to give and sacrifice...
    and it's for us to realize how much "you"
    and how much "me",
    and how much "us"
    really mean to us!!


    I love you too much
    and i can't bear
    to lose you in this lifetime..
    not now...
    not tomorrow..
    not ever!!

    people wouldn't understand
    the kind of friendship we have
    nor dare to care...
    (well who cares if they don't, anyway??)


    Best friend, if I were a boy,
    you surely are the luckiest girl in the world
    and definitely the most special woman in my life,
    but I may never be the boy I wish I could be for u, 
    I know that I can be the
    "best" friend you can ever have
    in this life
    forever!!!

    Some friends are a one in a million and you have expressed that here. I know what you mean by people not being able to understand or care about this type of a relationship. Great Poem Thank You God Bless bikemanRJ
