A New Path
I could die this very day
The sun would rise, skies would rain
Life goes on within, without
My life's path overgrown with doubt
The crescent moon once smiled at me
The stars were hiding amongst the trees
I found my way by light of the moon
This path i'm on will be ending soon
A new path, forged through the fields of change
Where it leads is out of range
Exciting and new, though I cannot see
The day I die, today will not be
