Beyond Death
Like the spirit of a child,We grow, but our soul remains
The same.
Expression is to reveal
A bony fortress within
Closed doors.
Kindness seeps through
The barriers
Of the lost.
To discover something
We all share.
We are one
And the same
Too bold and
Untamed
By the mark
And the stripes
Painted by
Society.
To whom shall I speak
My uncertainties?
In whom can I trust
In a world
Full of darkness?
Ranges of emotion
Soften the fiercest blows
Of the wicked.
Climbing shapes
And shaded veils
Exist in a world
That only we know.
Life transforms
It's twists and turns
Squeezing the drops
From the cleaning cloth.
Scent of lemon
Smell of pine.
Forming breezes
Soothing lines
Can I walk
This trail with thee
Forming bubbles
Can you see...
It's me.
