     Grasses always need
    a little tending

    Leaves that pile...
    Killing off beneath
    the covered surface.

    Chipmunks in the road
    I wonder where they're almost going
    seeking something here but hidden
    'round this little garden
    I call home.

    And the ground beneath the bushes was so very cold. My feet froze as I was stranded in Texas a few weeks ago.. Work aint all what its cracked up to be especially when you make no money... The land outside the yard where my truck was and my paper work wasnt with the security guard...

    Georgia's dust may cover but not hide the ashes, for her green fields were deeply watered with the dashed hopes and dreams of a generation. To pause and think. Perhaps a forgotten luxury. Thank you for a piece that holds depths. Drew.
