Echoes
There's a room inside her head though the door stays closedThere are voices from within but no body knows
Who are these voices of a third person view?
Are they authentic or another side of you?
They laugh, scream and talk but what do they say?
What are their whispers each and every day?
What's hung on their walls, what do they see?
Do they spy through her eyes, do they look at me?...
Echoes, echoes...but who is calling?
You hear the whispers and your skin starts crawling?
Echoes, echoes...the shaddow is speaking
It's reachin' out, it's you that it's seeking...
A cobweb touch across his face
His heart and his mind begin to race
He looked around but no one was there
He felt the cold as he felt the stare
In the empty house one hundred years old
He started to feel that he wasn't alone
He sensed the movement that eyes can't see
He felt the touch that could not be...
Echoes, echoes...but who is callin'?
You hear the whispers and your skin starts crawlin'
Echoes, echoes...the shaddow is speakin'
It's reachin' out, it's you that it's seekin'...
Clouds rolled in at the opening words
Lightening cracked and thunder was heard
For a thousand miles encircled and depressed
The deadliest souls were upon their chests
They heard the whispers that called to them
And felt the shaddows that dwelt within
With a jaged walk their bodies moved
Hypnotized in the Devil's groove...
Echoes, echoes...you hear them callin'
The scratch of a whisper and skin starts crawlin'
Echoes, echoes...these shaddows are speakin'
Searchin' around, in darkness they are creepin'
It's you they are seekin' It's you they are seekin'
