Alive
Let's take a glimps of time and how everything is meant to unwindIf you look close then you may find that I'm still alive
Though I've slipped and down I fell deep and dark into a well
Soon I heard some church bells, I wondered was I still alive. Have I died?
It's not yet time to arrive. So I turned around and onward I drive
Into this world you'll see I dive. I'm so alive and I feel fine
Over and under the tasks of time. All have been born by our minds
Create some conflict and fight in some war, what's this world for?
If all we ever do is fight how are we to make things right?
While widdows are crying all through the night I am still alive, why? oh my
It's not yet time to arrive they said. So I turned around, began to descend
Then drifted right back into my head. Now I'm so alive, I am fine
Angels to demons as I am to you. Difference in thought obscure the view
I never thought I'd find some proof that maybe there's many truths
So let's take a glimps sometime of how things may start to unwind
If we're not careful and begin to find common ground between our lives
another's toe-tag be signed
It's not yet time to arrive. So turn around and follow the signs
There's so much more to life then causing another to die...
and causing their loved ones to cry.
