A customer service nightmare
Have a holly jolly Christmas, It's the worst time of the yearThe evil customers will never know that I'm going to have some beer
They gripe and complain
Usually they are a pain
Asking many questions
Whining only later to ask for directions
The price is never good enough at all
Yet the cost of each product and to make a profit is a wall very tall
Is there anything on sale?
A question that is repetitious like a old tale
Most cannot wait in line
There is no express lane sign
It is only a few minutes of life
Many act like they got stabbed with a knife
People seem so rude and mean
I guess they should cut back on the sugar and caffeine
Most places do not sell everything
Many have high hopes only to feel a common sting
So many places to shop at out there
Please quit the tantrum and screaming of how it's not fair
Where is the love and care?
When everyone seems so selfish and unaware
The holiday season should be filled with joy
Not all the depressing antics that annoy
