Knocked off the pedestal
A golf player loaded with fameNow loaded with scandal and will never be the same
One of the best who ever played
On a path to perfection, a narrow crusade
With endorsements lined up left and right
Now are mostly out of sight
all the tournaments he won
Yet he has now damaged his wife, daughter and son
Tiger a competitor and a great
Has now been crushed by fate
Breaking the vows he once said
Everything is now spinning in his head
No drugs and violence of the sort
Only a terrible habit to report
Commercials and the perfect image coming to a end
With only a sorry note to send
For all who shall rise shall fall
Like a stadium that once stood tall
No one is perfect like god
But rarely are people truthful and honest, which is odd
The women are a long list
Who have been with him, I guess he could not resist
He thought he was above us all
Now he is human after his tragic downfall
Money, media and greed
Have done another evil deed
Can we forgive him and lest him eventually rest?
As he recovers from a self inflicted wound to the chest
How will his kids handle this?
The ending of what was thought as bliss
He was living in a river of lies
The damage to his wife, will he ever realize?
