Pressing on
To stay aliveNo retreat must survive
We all have to overcome
The challenges we are running from
Everything is possible in our own way
Climb the mountain of disarray
Life knocks us all down, but we must get up
Before the volcano of evil with in decides to erupt
Maybe tiring but stay the course
A path of no remorse
It is the test of time
To stay good or join the gangs of crime
Hope is the driving force of will
To lack of suck is a easy soul to crush and kill
We are like a star, that is not supposed to fall
A building that must stay tall
Stand up and face the sun
Another day slowly shall begun
Blood may pour and pains may ache
Those decisions to press on are sometimes tough to make
Throwing in the towel or cutting the cord
In a life of second chances we cannot afford
Even when the tide appears too high
Their always is someone watching from the sky
