The calling of an Angel
I miss the warmth from your skinAs your eyes are all on me
The times I could not wait to see you again
Everyone said we where meant to be
The midnight calls and the words of love
Every moment that together we spent
Where did you go?, the angel sent from above
Away into the sky she went
At night I call her name
Missing everything that was of her
Only to wonder, did she ever do the same
It would be beautiful, if it would ever occur
Her wings and her hair
Where perfect like her face
Even if she didn't think she was, I didn't care
She is in her own world, her own outer space
The love of my life still have something
Gifts and a necklace with a phoenix bird
Her favorite, the memories it should bring
Even If I don't hear a single word
The tears flood my face, emotions even I cannot contain
Just one more day, please come back to me
But she is gone, like a Boston train
Flying high and flying free
As I sit here on mother earth
Looking at the stars shine tonight
Getting all my time's worth
Thinking of a angel dressed in white
